Program Fee: $75 Race Team Membership, $50 annual renewal fee.
Description: The Fleet Feet Sports Race Team is here to support and enhance Fleet Feet Sports' core values, vision and identity within the Columbia running, walking and racing community. You do not have to be fast to race with us. But you must be dedicated to our community, our store and the team.
Monday & Wednesday 5:45pm. Optional Saturday 7:30am.

Train for a half marathon or full marathon with a group. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy.

Rock Bridge Revenge
$65 early bird, $75 excluding race fee
Great for beginner Trail Runners up to experienced runners who just want to train with a group. We will run trail and road to get our workouts in and prepare for the race.
