Program Start: Monday, January 8th
Program Schedule: Monday & Wednesday nights. Optional Saturday morning run
Goal Race: Molly's Miles 5k & 10k, April 7th
Program Fee: $65 early bird sign up, $75 after
Description: Beginner 5k & 10k training program

Half & Full Marathon More Info »

Program Start: Monday, January 1st
Program Schedule: Monday & Wednesday nights, Saturday mornings
Goal Race: Garmin Half & Full Marathon
Program Fee: early bird $90, regular $100
Description: Train for a half marathon or full marathon with a group. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy.

Trail Running More Info »

Program Start: Monday, December 4th
Program Schedule: Wednesday Nights & Sunday Mornings, Optional Saturday Mornings
Goal Race: Psycho Wyco Run Toto, Run 10 mile, 20 mile & 50K
Program Fee: $65 early bird, $75 excluding race fee
Description: Great for beginner Trail Runners up to experienced runners who just want to train with a group. We will run trail and road to get our workouts in and prepare for the race.
