Triathlon Training Program - Spring 2018

The Spring 2018 Triathlon Training Program is a 10-week program which meets two to three times a week designed to prepare athletes for their first ever triathlon or to help seasoned triathletes meet a new performance goal. This program will educate participants on triathlon training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, swimming, cycling and running autonomy. This Spring 2018 season will be geared towards the Trizou Triathlon Race. The race has a sprint and Super Sprint option. However, our Coaches can help you train for any Spring race you choose! 

Quick Overview:

  • Open House Information Sessions: Saturday, February 3rd at noon
  • Start Date: Saturday, February 24
  • Goal Race: Trizou 
  • Cost: $275 for whole training, $75 just swim sessions
Triathlon Training Participants will receive:
  • 10-Week Training Plan
  • Supported weekly group rides & runs with and 6 swim sessions at Mizzou Rec 
  • Custom Fleet Feet Sports training shirt
  • 4 Training Specific Seminars and Clinics
  • Special "Ask the PT/Dr Days" at Fleet Feet Sports 
  • Celebration Party at completion of program

Program Fee: $275 whole program, $75 swim only option
